Bed Tea and Breakfast:

Electric kettles, tea, coffee, milk and sugar sachets are placed in each room for your convenience. Daily tariff is inclusive of breakfast – which is served on the veranda on the 1st floor between 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Breakfast is also available through Room Service (271 & 272) at à la carte rates and an additional 10% Service Charge.

Newspaper:

A newspaper is delivered to you each morning with compliments of the Club.

Television:

View over 200 channels on Cable TV in your room.

Telephone:

For local calls, kindly dial zero followed by the number. For assistance with national or international calls, please contact the Operator (on extension 9) or the Front Desk (extension 251 / 252). All such outgoing telephone calls are on a chargeable basis, and are debited to your bill.

Internet:

We provide complimentary Wi-Fi. For any queries related to connectivity – please call IT on extension 226.

Keys, cash cards and safe deposit locker:

Keys to the safe deposit locker are included with your room key fob; it is advisable to use in room locker for the safety of valuables. RBYC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF VALUABLES. Kindly return all keys including those to the locker and unused cash cards (if applicable) when checking out. Guests will be held responsible for loss of keys or cash cards.

Laundry:

In house laundry service is available for your convenience. Clothes are usually collected before 10:00 a.m. and returned by 8:00 p.m. on the same day. Guests are kindly requested to obtain a receipt for clothes handed over for laundry; bills are to be settled on departure per prevailing tariff card.

Hair Salon:

In situ, heritage barber shop for a gentleman – which offers traditional services including haircut, shave and head massage. In addition, pedicure and manicure services are available for both – ladies and gentlemen in a segregated section of the salon. Operational between 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Tuesday through Saturday; on Sunday between 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; the salon remains closed on Monday.

Billiards:

The Club has an excellent billiards table on the ground floor. Timings between Tuesday to Sunday as follows – (Billiards: 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Card Games: 3:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.)

Massage:

Available only at the Gentlemen’s Room on the ground floor per following schedule, except Monday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Steam Bath:

This facility is offered at both Gentlemen’s and Ladies Rooms; which are located on the ground floor

Sailing Room:

Open between 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. There is a treasure trove of invaluable yachting memorabilia, information related to the sport available at RBYC: staff at sailing department will be only too happy to answer queries, and assist with bookings.

RBYC Shop:

A visit to the RBYC Shop on the ground floor is highly recommended for requirements of daily provisions, club souvenirs and other gift items. The shop also stocks a variety of general merchandise, wines, beer and essential toiletries; and is open on all days between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Dress Code:

  (a) T-shirts are permitted only if they have sleeves and sport no logos except brand names;

  (b) Clothes worn in the gym are only permitted in the gym, change rooms and veranda up to the second arch from the gym;

  (c) Shorts are permitted in the Lounge and Permit Room only up to 8:00 p.m.;

  (d) No headgear is allowed in Dolphin (Bar, Lounge, Smoking Area and Dining Room);

  (e) Ladies are expected to dress appropriately per the occasion;

  (f) Slippers / open sandals (without straps) are NOT permitted.

Check Out:

Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Please call Front Desk should you wish to extend your stay – which is permitted, subject to availability.

Settlement of Accounts:

Please indicate departure details to the Front Desk (extension 251/ 252) so as to enable them to prepare your final bill; kindly settle any outstanding due on your account before checking out.

Electronic Payment:

Credit/Debit facilities for VISA®/MasterCard® are available at the Front Desk.
